Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with grateful hearts for the gift of marriage and the men You’ve placed in our lives. As police wives, we are aware of the unique challenges our marriages face—the long hours, the stress, the fear, and the way this calling can strain the fabric of our relationships. Yet we also know that You are the God who makes all things possible, including thriving marriages amid this demanding life.

Father, we ask for Your grace and kindness to prevail in our homes. When exhaustion makes us short-tempered, when worry creates distance, when the badge feels like it comes between us—help us extend the same grace You’ve shown us. Anchor our marriages in love and truth, reminding us that our commitment to each other reflects Your unwavering love for us.

Give us the courage to stay when times get hard, the strength to fight for our marriages instead of against each other, and the wisdom to grow closer to You and to our spouses through every season. Help us remember that You are the foundation that makes our police wife marriages not just survive, but flourish.

Deepen our faith and strengthen the connection we have with our officers and with You.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us. We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith.” – Hebrews 12:1b-2a (NLT)
