Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, not just as police wives, but as Your daughters seeking the peace that only You can give. You promised us, “I am leaving you with a gift – peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give.” Lord, we cling to these words when our hearts are troubled.
In a world where our hearts often race with worry and our minds wrestle with fear for our officers, thank you that Your peace surpasses what this world can offer or understand. Remind us that Your peace isn’t dependent on perfect circumstances but on Your perfect presence.
Father, we ask for Your supernatural peace to guard our hearts and minds, especially when fear takes hold. Help us lean into Your presence rather than our fears, finding rest in the shadow of Your wings.
Thank you for being our constant source of strength and comfort. Help us to be beacons of Your peace in our homes, supporting our officers with the calm spirits that come from trusting in You. When others see us navigating the challenges of being police wives, let them see Your peace radiating through our lives.
Lord, as You promised, we don’t need to be troubled or afraid. We choose to receive Your gift of peace today – not as the world gives, but as only You can provide. Thank You for being our ultimate Peace-giver and Protector.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
